How it’s taught 教学方式

The program is taught three ways: walk and posture classes, group workshops and one-to-one coaching.

Stage-ready, by design. 从容登台，由设计而生。
Both founders know the pageant stage. Goey represented Malaysia at the Miss Tourism Pageant 2005. Nico, contestant No. 1 at the Goddess of Nature Pageant 2024, won 完美体态女神 Perfect Body Goddess: the posture and presence she now teaches.
两位创办人都熟悉选美舞台。倪于婷曾代表马来西亚参加 2005 国际旅游小姐选美；张芯瑜以 1 号佳丽身份参加国际中华小姐暨马来西亚全能女神竞选 2024，荣获完美体态女神奖，而这份体态与气场，正是她如今所教授的。
